Sonu Nigam and Mika Singh shared the stage after many years in the program organized in memory of Bharat Ratna Lata didi, which was organized by the Nrityacharya Pandit Gaurishankar Foundation. This foundation has been honoring all the eminent top classical artists. Many living legends including Zakir Hussain, Shivkumar Sharma, Birju Maharaj, Sitara Devi have been honored by the foundation. The event was a tribute to India’s Swar Kokila Lata Mangeshkar Ji, well managed by IMEU Events Pvt Ltd. It was an amazing event. Many top VVIPs appeared here.

Presented by Nrityacharya Pandit Gaurishankar Foundation and IIFL in Association with Music Garage, this musical show “Remembering Bharat Ratna Lata Didi” was held at St. Andrews Auditorium, Bandra, Mumbai. Many celebrities including Sonu Nigam, Mika Singh, Anuradha Paudwal, Agam Kumar Nigam, Talat Aziz, Jaspinder Narula came here to remember Lata Mangeshkar. RJ Anurag Pandey successfully anchored the show. The concept and direction of this show was by Virendra Shankar. The event was managed by IMEU’s Virendra Shankar, Mayank Shankar.

Anuradha Paudwal sang many songs of Lata Mangeshkar like Ajib Dastaan ​​Hai Yeh, Yeh Sama Hai Yeh Pyaar Ka in this spectacular program.

Mika Singh while talking to the media told that legends never die, they are always alive in our hearts. Lata didi was also one such legend, to present her tribute, this wonderful program was organized in which Sonu Bhai (Sonu Nigam) was also present and many more people came. Lata Mangeshkar was a university of singing, a sea, it is very difficult to sing her songs. I sang one of her songs on stage here “Bahon mein chale aao”.

Sonu Nigam’s father Agam Kumar Nigam also sang many songs of Lata Mangeshkar here.

Noted music composer Dilip Sen said that I was fortunate to have worked with Didi in two films, Aaina and Yeh Dillagi.
